CS Tuesday Round up

CS Tuesday Round up

Not really anything remotely big enough to blog about yesterday, so I’ve decided to round up a few of the smaller things.

eMg adds Ruins for 1.6

Another day and another eMg squad … which will stay as long as they can until they can find someone who actually plans on sponsoring them. By that, I don’t mean mouse pads and being tagged up with a hundred other retards in your gaming “syndicate”. I thought people would have figured out how this works with eMg YEARS ago after the third team left them. It shows the draw “sponsorship” has even if you’re the 524th team they have acquired.

I think there should be a news post on when eMg doesn’t pick up a team. That would be real news.

They picked up Ruins, the third place team in the ESEA Invite standings. Now admittedly I took a six month break from paying attention to the scene, but only the name of this team is familiar to me. So by that token, I suspect a lot of people call them online. They are tearing up ESEA-I and will have a lot to prove come LAN time.

Below is the lineup:

Dustin “dizzaman” Dilyerd
Chris “truls” Navratil
Sean “sgares” Gares
Keith “keefers” Spies
Alex “millipede” Abbott

REAL Returns

Not much more to say about this than I whole heartedly approve. Not only is REAL an amazing player, he’s also one of the coolest guys I’ve met in the eSports scene.

I shot him an MSN about the whole thing and he explained that he primarily joined to have fun with the team at GameGune. Will the stay turn out to be more? We’re going to have to wait to find that answer out. Also joining with him is mikkis from the team oxzyn.

This brings Vitriolic to:

Ruben “enoksen” Enoksen
Sondre “REAL” Svanevik
Michael “mikkis” Sokki
Tommy “tacky” Mosgaard
Karl William “kalle” Haraldsen

Two people made way for these guys: Azid who didn’t have time for CS, and zEn who was cut. Why do I say cut? Well he formed at team with former oxzyn members at Vitriolic’s old home the Alchemists with another former Alch member Vertigo.

Below is the lineup:

Gunnar “zEn” Eng
Nima “NeverLast” Nikbakht
Raymond “RashiE” Nielsen
Joakim “jokki” Tegle Tveit
Thomas “Vertigo” Andresen
Anders “bjERKE” Bjerke

CHEF-KOCH joins ESC for GameGune

The chief chef is back, again. Apparently, he’s the most sought after free agent/stand-in in Germany, or so says MIRA. Either way he’s coming off playing with myRuSh at the EPS relegation tournament, and now is playing with ESC at GameGune.

CHEF-KOCH bowed out of aTTaX in May due to not having time to play CS and deal with his studies. He was replaced by fleks.

ESC’s line up for GameGune will be:

Christoph “loomit” Normann
Dominik “d0m AZ” Wrabetz
Lucas “recki” Reckermann
Wolfgang “tankJr” Maurer
David “CHEF-KOCH” Nagel
